Pesticide Disposal Program (PDP)
ISDA conducts unusable pesticide disposal collection from agricultural producers, dealers, homeowners and applicators throughout the state. Prospective participants need only bring their unusable pesticides to the most convenient collection site listed on the “Pesticide Disposal Program Schedule.” This program provides the agricultural producer and homeowner a safe, convenient, and environmentally friendly way to dispose of unusable pesticides. This program is free for the first 1,000 pounds of unusable pesticides per participant.
ISDA conducted collections in May 2016, in Nampa, Weiser, Lewiston and Coeur d'Alene and again in September, in Rexburg, Idaho Falls, American Falls, Burley, Twin Falls, Gooding and Nampa. See the attached report for the total amounts collected for 2016, and since the program first began. You can also see the total amounts collected at each site. Collections will again be held in May and September, 2017. The schedule will be updated and posted in the Spring.
